Mission
As a Loan Signing Agent, I understand that I am an extension of all entities involved in the whole process. I summarize the documents to ensure that everyone knows what they are signing. I understand how important it is to NOT miss ANY signatures, initials, dates, check-boxes, etc. and doing so will only make more work for everyone and could possibly delay a closing date and even a missed rate-lock. Everything is double and even triple-checked for accuracy. A pleasant, stress-free experience is my goal. I can and will meet at the home, office or business of choice...whatever it takes - within reason, of course - to have accurate, completed documents submitted as soon as possible. I hope to be the first choice when someone needs a competent Signing Agent for a worry-free experience all around. I am located in Youngstown, OH in the Mahoning Valley and service several surrounding counties...I love to travel !
